Does the Relationship with your Primary Caregiver have to be Abusive in order for you to form a Disorganized Attachment Style?

You can also have a neglectful relationship .

Insecure attachment forms when the primary caregiver is either consistently or inconsistently rejecting.

This might not be over rejection.Not smiling back when a baby smiles at you can be considered rejection .

While this is obviously not an issue every now and then, a baby will not securely bond if they perceive their primary caregiver as being uncaring or unloving frequently enough for them to believe they cannot rely on them.
